Most organizations in the business of lifelong learning may have a good handle on how to staff for face-to-face education, but success with online learning often relies on the availability and ability of unique skill sets. In this session, we'll discuss typical types of roles involved in online learning (e.g., roles to support technology platforms, roles to create content, and roles in business development), tasks and responsibilities those roles typically perform, and key factors in deciding what to handle in house, what to contract for, and what to outsource entirely.
Celisa Steele and Jeff Cobb, co-founders of Tagoras, will lead this session, sponsored by Community Brands, and Michele Windsor, Vice President for Professional Services & Account Management for Learning Solutions at Community Brands, will add her perspective.
Tagoras is a CAE Approved Provider, and this session may be applied for 1 credit toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements. (CAE credit is only available if you attend live online.)
